Sufficient unto him is the ideal of love, and is it not self-evident that this universe is but a manifestation of this love? What is it that makes atoms unite with atoms, molecules with molecules, and causes planets to fly towards each other? What is it that attracts man to man, man to woman, woman to man, and animals to animals, drawing the whole universe, as it were, towards one centre? It is what is called love. Its manifestation is from the lowest atom to the highest being: omnipotent, all-pervading, is this love. What manifests itself as attraction in the sentient and the insentient, in the particular and in the universal, is the love of God. It is the one motive power that is in the universe. Under the impetus of that love, Christ gives his life for humanity, Buddha even for an animal, the mother for the child, the husband for the wife. taught me that the virtue of self-discipline was like a wire cable.
Have you ever really taken the time to study a wire cable, John?"
"It hasn't been high on my priority list," I confessed with a
quick grin.
"Well, have a look at one sometime. You will see that it consists
of many thin, tiny wires placed one on top of the other. Alone, each
one is flimsy and weak. But, together, their sum is much greater
than their constituent parts and the cable becomes tougher than
iron. Self-control and willpower are similar to this. To build a will
of iron, it is essential to take small, tiny acts in tribute to the virtue
of personal discipline. Routinely performed, the little acts pile one
on top of another to eventually produce an abundance of inner
strength. Perhaps the old African proverb says it best: 'When
spider webs unite, they tie up a lion.' When you liberate your
willpower, you become the master of your personal world. When
you continually practice the ancient art of self-government, there
will be no hurdle too high for you to overcome, no challenge too
tough for you to surmount and no crisis too hot for you to cool
down. Self-discipline will provide you with the mental reserves
required to persevere when life throws you one of its little curves."

In today’s times most of us are facing stress, tension, fears, phobias and diseases.

Rules you need to follow to heal any illness

Our mind has its own language. Our mind can understand through power of words and images. So you need to speak health, think health, feel heath, through affirmations. Affirmations are positive therapeutic commandments (PTC) to programme your mind. For eg: 1) I am healthy 2) I have very high energy level. 3) I realise the need of this condition (illness) 4) I am at peace 5) I forgive everyone.

Meditation should be done for 20 mins morning/evening. By practicing mediation everyday you are actually increasing power of the mind. Research has proved how meditation is beneficial in lowering down your blood pressure, stress, tension and any other illness.

Here’s how simple meditation should be done

Sit comfortably, loosen your body, with complete back rest, not at all a erect spine.

Close your eyes, clasp your fingers, put it on your lap or as you are comfortable.

Chant the word 'shanti' to yourself in your mind.

Count 20-1 backwards very slowly in your mind

Now focus on your breath, let the thoughts come and go.

Don’t try to push thoughts away (many people do that, don’t do that)

Let it come and go, you come back to breathe

Sit for 20 mins, then slowly open your eyes.

Note: Switch off your mobile, door bell, lights before starting meditation. Follow the above steps faithfully, and say in your mind, "I am taking responsibility of my health, I am going to heal myself with the power of my mind." Say this 10 times in your mind and see how your life will start changing miraculously.

Mother's diet linked to baby's sex

पेरिस:Oysters may excite the libido, but there is nothing like a hearty breakfast laced with sugar to boost a woman's chances of conceiving a son, according to a study released on Wednesday.

Likewise, a low-energy diet that skimps on calories, minerals and nutrients is more likely to yield a female of the human species, says the study, published in Proceedings of the Royal Society B: Biological Sciences, Britain's de facto academy of sciences.

Fiona Mathews of the University of Exeter in Britain and colleagues wanted to find out if a woman's diet has an impact on the sex of her offspring.

So they asked 740 first-time mothers who did not know if their unborn foetuses were male or female to provide detailed records of eating habits before and after they became pregnant.

The women were split into three groups according to the number calories they consumed per day around the time of conception.

Fifty-six per cent of the women in the group with the highest energy intake had sons, compared to 45 per cent in the least-well fed cohort.

Besides racking up a higher calorie count, the group who produced more males were also more likely to have eaten a wider range of nutrients, including potassium, calcium and vitamins C, E and B12.

The odds of an XY, or male outcome to a pregnancy also went up sharply "for women who consumed at least one bowl of breakfast cereal daily compared with those who ate less than or equal to one bowl of week," the study reported.

These surprising findings are consistent with a very gradual shift in favour of girls over the last four decades in the sex ratio of newborns, according to the researchers.

Previous research has shown -- despite the rising epidemic in obesity -- a reduction in the average energy uptake in advanced economies. The number of adults who skip breakfast has also increased substantially.

"This research may help to explain why in developed countries, where many young women choose low calorie diets, the proportion of boys is falling," Mathews said.

The study's findings, she added, could point to a "natural mechanism" for gender selection.

The link between a rich diet and male children may have an evolutionary explanation.

For most species, the number of offspring a male can father exceeds the number a female can give birth to. But only if conditions are favourable -- poor quality male specimens may fail to breed at all, whereas females reproduce more consistently.

"If a mother has plentiful resources, then it can make sense to invest in producing a son because he is likely to produce more grandchildren than would a daughter," thus contributing to the survival of the species, explains Mathews.

"However, in leaner times having a daughter is a safer bet." While the mechanism is not yet understood, it is known from in vitro fertilisation research that higher levels of glucose, or sugar, encourage the growth and development of male embryos while inhibiting female embryos.

Glory of RUDRAM

Rudram is treated as the celebrated portion of Yajurveda with the sacred Sivapanchakshari mantram (Namasivaya) enshrined within it. It has got two portions called Namakkam and Chamakkam each containing eleven chapters or Anuvakams. Most of the chapters in the first portion end with the letter namaha or namo namaha while the ending letter of the second portion is “cha me”

It is firmly believed that every deity is pleased with Rudra japam, also that by chanting it whatever be the genuine prayers of one the same will be granted. Rudra japa is spoken of as a great purifier and the most effective expiation (pariharam) for even the worst sins. In summary Rudra japam is the best sadhana for attaining both material and spiritual benefits from Almighty.

Method of Rudra japam:

Rupam: Chanting Namakkam once followed by chanting Chamakkam is called Rupam.

Rudra Ekadasini: First the eleven Anuvakas of Namakkam, followed by the first Anuvakam of Chamakkam are chanted. Next again the eleven Anuvakams of Namakkam with second Anuvakam of Chamakkam will be chanted. Like this for 11 full chantings of Namakkam one full chanting of Chamakkam is completed. This is called Rudra ekadasini.

Laghu Rudram & Maharudram: If in the above method eleven Rudra ekadasinis are repeated it is called Laghu rudram. Eleven Laghu rudrams is one Maharudram.

Athirudram: Athirudram the biggest of all Rudra japam is eleven times of Maharudram i.e in the Athirudrabhiskekam going to be conducted now, ultimately 14641 times Namakkam and 1331 chamakkams will be chanted totally along with abhishekam. Moreover on the last day in the final Rudra homam again 10% of this i.e. 1465 Namakkam and 134 times Chamakkam will be chanted and in this way the whole yagna is going to be a real great performance.

The Shata Rudriya forms a part of the Yajurveda.It is extolled as the death defying hymn to the Diety Rudra .This deity is a Vedic Deity and as much symbolizes nature as it symbolizes the Godhead contained within it.

Having said this it also signifies the Almighty who bestows breath and takes away life.It symbolises the indivisible Tattwa which runs through Life,Death and the Afterlife.

Extolled in the Vedas as the foremost of all Vedic Chants one must remember that in the Nrisimha Upanishat some of the words are changed to signify Nrisimha.

Srirudram, also known as Rudraprasna, is a hymn devoted to lord Shiva. It is part of the Yajur Veda and one of the greatest of the Vedic hymns. Sri Rudram
Rudram is divided into 11 sections called Anuvakas. In the first Anuvaka, Rudra is asked to turn away his Ghora rupa (fierce appearance) and to please keep his and his followers’ is in two parts. The first part, chapter 16 of the Yajurveda, is known as Namakam because of the repeated use of the word "Namo" in it. The second part, chapter 18 of the Yajurveda, is known as chamakam because of the repeated use of the words "Chame".

It is also chanted as a shield (kavaca) for virulent fever, to cure diseases, fatal disorders, absolution from evils stars and bad karma, for the fulfillment of ones desires, sumptuous rainfall, family protection, blessings with good children, fulfillment of all material desires and the destruction of enemies.
In the second Anuvaka, Rudra is prayed to as one who pervades the earth and as the green foliage and heritage of medicinal herbs. He is asked to loosen the bonds of samsara (illusion). This Anuvaka is chanted for the destruction of enemies, possession of wealth, getting kingdom (getting Job) and possession of intelligence.
In the third Anuvaka Rudra is described as the Lord of thieves who exists in everything. He is Sarvatma; the self of all. In this context, we who are unenlightened have stolen the immortal status of the Self and replaced it with our own limited conception of ego. And in turn it is Rudra who will come and steal our ignorance from us, restoring us to our natural status of enlightenment. This Anuvaka is also chanted for the cure of diseases.
In the fourth Anuvaka, Rudra is described as the creator and worker of all kinds. He is the cause of both the significant and minor. This Anuvaka is chanted for the cure of tuberculosis, diabetics and leprosy.
In the fifth Anuvaka Rudra’s existence in running waters is praised and his five activities are described (creation of the universe, preservation of it, destruction at the time of Pralaya, bondage in ignorance and the release of moksha).
In the sixth Anuvaka Rudra is identified with time (Kalarupa). He is described as the source of the different worlds, Shrutis (Vedas) and its essence in Vedanta. The fifth and sixth Anuvakas are chanted for the expansion of one’s own assets, victory against enemies, blessings for a son with the stature of Rudra, avoidance of a miscarriage and easy childbirth, averting difficult astrology and protection of one’s own son.
In the seventh Anuvaka his all-pervading presence in waters, rains, clouds, storms and its various forms are described. This Anuvaka is chanted for the increase of intelligence, improvement of health, wealth, progeny, clothes, cows, sons, education, lands, longevity and obtaining liberation.
In the eighth Anuvaka Rudra is described as He who illumines other Gods and confers powers on them. He is seen as ever present in holy rivers and He who can absolve all sins. This Anuvaka is chanted for the destruction of enemies and possession of ones own kingdom (lands).
In the ninth Anuvaka the strength and power his attendants is celebrated because they illumine the gods and the world and control the forces of the universe. This Anuvaka is chanted for obtaining gold, a good wife, a job, and the blessings of a son who will be devoted to Lord Shiva.
I
n the tenth Anuvaka Rudra is again asked to shed his fury and shower benevolence by his displaying his Pinaka bow without arrows and to gracefully appear with his tiger skin on his body with pleasing countenance ready to shower boons upon his devotees. This Anuvaka is chanted for possession of wealth, cure of diseases, removal of fear, getting rid of the enmity of powerful people, absence of fear from all living beings, having the vision of Bhairava (Shiva in his most fearful aspect), absence from dangers and fears, blessings and the absolution of sins.
In the eleventh Anuvaka Rudra’s accomplishments are profusely praised and his benevolence is invoked with unconditional salutations. This Anuvaka is chanted for blessings of one’s progeny, the enhancement of longevity, visiting of sacred places, and acquiring knowledge of past, present and future.
After praying and identifying Rudra with everything in the Namakam, the Chamakam is recited, in which the devotee identifies himself with Lord Shiva and asks him to give him everything!!
These excellent prayer is intended for the bulk of the people and every thing to be cherished in the world is included in this ascend to the state of Jnani to attain Moksha i.e. eternal happiness. Chamakam assures granting of what all you ask in a full-throated manner unabashed. The creator makes no distinction between the things of the world and the other world. Both belong to him and desire born out of Virtue is really manifestation of divinity and Dharma.
Chamakam furnishes completely the ideal of human happiness and defines in the highest degree the desires and do not delimit to be asked or to be granted.
In the first Anuvaka prayer is made to keep fit in the human being his vitalities internal and
sensory organs and mind hale and healthy, a long and peaceful and happy old age.
The Second Anuvaka prominence and leadership, common sense, intellectual acumen, capability to face trying circumstances, Spiritual elevation, worldly splendour and enjoyments.
The third develops innate urge of God and meditative flights and spiritual ecstasy, service to Divinity and humanity and a condition where the world wants him and he wants the world for upliftment.

The fourth assures of courtesy, fitness of the body and the best food for the body, cosy and comfort.

The fifth asks for the Nava ratnas, the precious stones and all the animals to sub-serve his interest and the qualified materials best in their form for his rituals.

The sixth emphasizes the importance of Indra as a co-sharer in the offerings to the other Gods. Thus makes him big to get the major obtainers of Havis among all Gods and his special honour and supremacy.
The Seventh lists the various instruments necessary for some and sacrifices in the “Homa Kunda”, the site of offerings to the fire God with Svahakara.
The ninth is the prime prayer consists of all the contents of four Vedas.
The tenth invokes all the biological species to co-operate in his daily wealth and also for the sacrificial fire. It also involves higher spiritual elevations, and makes it as Jnana Yajna.
The Eleventh Anuvaka brings out the long list of benedictions asked for in the odd divine number and even human numbering. Chamakam roots are firmly implanted in the worldly desires ultimately leading to the divine fulfillment. It is prayed that the Divine is immortal, infinite and is the cause of earth and heaven, space and time, reborn after the end of every thing and is the presiding deity.

Nityam trayam prayunjano Brahmaloke mahiyate ||
He who ever recites Namakam and Chamakam along with Purusa suktam daily will be honoured in Brahmaloka.

Hair is composed almost entirely of a protein called keratin, which is why it is important to take enough protein in your diet to prevent hair damage. The pigment eumelanin is what gives black colour to hair, whereas pigment pheomelanin gives it yellow (blonde) or red colour.
All hair follicles are formed while the baby is in the uterus in its embryo stage. No new follicle is produced after birth. Each follicle is capable of producing 20-30 hairs, in a lifetime, with each hair having a life cycle of 3-5 years.

Hair grows at the rate of half an inch per month. It grows fastest in summers and slowest in winters, and grows best between the ages of 15 to 30. The total length to which hair can grow is genetically determined and therefore everyone cannot grow hair to the same length.Hair disorders are those, which are characterised by hair loss well in excess of the normal 50-100 hair strands per day. Male Pattern Baldness

Also known as Androgenetic Alopecia, it is the most common cause of baldness seen in men characterized by typical pattern of receding hairline and hair thinning on the crown. It is the cause for hair loss in about 90% of the men of which 35% men affected are in the 30's. This percentage increases with age.


How to identify Male Pattern Baldness?

    Other factors affecting hair loss:

    Smoking: Nicotine (tobacco) sensitizes hair follicles to the effects of hormones leading to increased hair loss.

    A wealthy man decided to go on a safari in Africa. He took his faithful pet Dachshund dog along for company. One day, the dachshund starts chasing butterflies and before long the dachshund discovers that he is lost. Wandering about, he notices a leopard heading rapidly in his direction with the obvious intention of having lunch. The dachshund thinks, "I'm in deep trouble now! Then he noticed some bones on the ground close by and immediately settles down to chew on the bones with his back to the approaching cat.  Just as the leopard is about to leap, the dachshund exclaims loudly, "Boy, that was one delicious leopard. I wonder if there are any more around here."  

       

    Hearing this, the leopard halts his attack in mid-stride, as a look of terror comes over him, and slinks away into the trees. "Whew," says the leopard. "That was close. That dachshund! Nearly had me."    

       

    Meanwhile, a monkey who had been watching the whole scene from a nearby tree figures he can put this knowledge to good use and trade it for protection from the leopard. So, off he goes. But the dachshund saw him heading after the leopard with great speed, and figured that something must be up.

       

    The monkey soon catches up with the leopard, spills the beans and strikes a deal for himself with the leopard. The leopard is furious at being made a fool of and says, "Here monkey, hop on my back and see what's going to happen to that conniving canine." Now the dachshund sees the leopard coming with the monkey on his back and thinks "What am I going to do now?" But instead of running, the dog sits down with his back to his attackers, pretending he hasn't seen them yet... and just when they get close enough to hear, the dachshund says......................

       
    "Where's that damn monkey? I sent him off half an hour ago to bring me another leopard."

    Q 1: You are driving along in your car on a wild, stormy night, it's raining heavily, when suddenly you pass by a bus stop, and you see three people waiting for a bus:
    An old lady who looks as if she is about to die.
    An old friend who once saved your life.
    The perfect partner you have been dreaming about.

    Which one would you choose to offer a ride to, knowing very well that there could only be one passenger in your car?
    This is a moral/ethical dilemma that was once actually used as part of a job application.

    * You could pick up the old lady, because she is going to die, and thus you should save her first;

    * or you could take the old friend because he once saved your life, and this would be the perfect chance to ! pay him back.

    * However, you may never be able to find your perfect mate again.
    The candidate who was hired (out of 200 applicants) had no trouble coming up with his answer. Guess what was his answer?
    He simply answered:
    "I would give the car keys to my Old friend and let him take the lady to the hospital.
    I would stay behind and wait for the bus with the partner of my dreams."

    Sometimes, we gain more if we are able to give up our stubborn thought limitations. Never forget to "Think Out of the Box."

    Question 3: Interviewer (to a student girl candidate) - What is one morning you woke up & found that you were pregnant.
    Girl - I will be very excited and take an off, to celebrate with my husband.
    Normally an unmarried girl will be shocked to hear this, but she managed it well.
    Why I should think it in the wrong way, she said later when asked
    Q 4: Interviewer: He ordered a cup of coffee for the candidate. Coffee arrived kept before the candidate, then he asked what is before you?
    Candidate: Instantly replied "Tea"
    He got selected.
    You know how and why did he say "TEA" when he knows very well that coffee was kept before.
    (Answer: The question was "What is before you (U - alphabet)
    Reply was "TEA" ( T - alphabet)
    Alphabet "T" was before Alphabet "U"

    Q 5: Where Lord Rama would have celebrated his "First Diwali"? People will start thinking of Ayodya, Mitila [Janaki's place], Lanka etc...
    But the logic is, Diwali was a celebrated as a mark of Lord Krishna Killing Narakasura . In Dusavataar, Krishnavathaar comes after Raamavathaar.
    So, Lord Rama would not have celebrated the Diwali At all!

    Q 6: The interviewer asked to the candidate "This is your last question of the interview. Please tell me the exact position of the center of this table where u have kept your files."

    Candidate confidently put one of his finger at some point at the table and told that this was the central point at the table.
    Interviewer asked how did u get to know that this being the central point of this table,
    then he answers quickly that sir u r not likely to ask any more question, as it was the last question that u promised to ask.....
    And hence, he was selected as because of his quick-wittiness. .........

    7 don'ts after a meal


    * Don't smoke- Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher).

    * Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal.

    * Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.

    * Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.

    * Don't bathe - Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.




    * Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.

    * Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.

    A proper diabetic diet

    A proper diabetic diet includes a balance of high protein, low fat and complex carbohydrates like whole grain cereals, whole
    wheat flour and vegetables which are digested  more slowly and ,therefore, don't cause rapid rise in blood sugar.

    Foods with low glycaemic index that increase the blood sugar gradually are recommended for diabetics.

    Foods with low glycaemic index include:
    Bitter gourd ( karela ), leafy vegetables, papaya, orange, lentils and legumes with skin intact, whole grain cereals, bran,
    pulses, sprouted moong and grams.

    Fenugreek ( methi )   seeds contain  an alkoloid called trigonelline, which lowers blood sugar, and prevents diabetes induced
    cataract. It also lowers cholestrol and triglycerides.

    Bitter gourd juice is a popular remedy for diabetics in tropics. 50ml karela juice daily improve blood glucose tolerance in
    non-insulin dependent diabetics.

    60gm of dietary fibre is beneficial for diabetics as it delays carbohydrate absorption, slows down the rise of blood sugar and
    so reduce the drug requirement.
    Complex cereals like whole wheat, whole wheat noodles, bajra, jowar, ragi, wheat bran, rice bran and barley are all rich in fibre.

    Dals like tur, moong, rajma,are recommended as are vegetables like cabbage, brinjal, cluster beans, spinach and methi.

    Choose fruits with low sugar and high water content like water melon and pineapple but only one serving of fruit at a time.

    Off the menu:
      Following foods escalates the blood sugar levels almost instantly.
      Deep fried and high fat foods like meat, eggs and diary.
      Honey, jaggery, jam, refined sugar and jellies.
      Alcohol
      Desserts chocolates, puddings, pies and ice cream.

    I have read your post with great interest. Guess there are lots of girls out there who have similar questions like yours. Please allow me to analyze your situation as a professional investor. My annual income is more than $500k, which meets your requirement, so I hope everyone believes that I'm not wasting time here.

    From the standpoint of a business person, it is a bad decision to marry you. The answer is very simple, so let me explain. Put the details aside, what you're trying to do is an exchange of "beauty" and "money": Person A provides beauty, and Person B pays for it, fair and square. However, there's a deadly problem here, your beauty will fade, but my money will not be gone without any good reason. The fact is, my income might increase from year to year, but you can't be prettier year after year. Hence from the viewpoint of economics, I am an appreciation asset, and you are a depreciation asset. It's not just normal depreciation, but exponential depreciation. If that is your only asset, your value will be much worried 10 years later

    By the terms we use in Wall Street, every trading has a position, dating with you is also a "trading position". If the trade value dropped we will sell it and it is not a good idea to keep it for long term same goes with the marriage that you wanted.     The Three Hermits

    This was narrated by an IAF pilot to IIT students during a Seminar on Human Relations:



    Venkatesh Balasubramaniam (who works for IIT) describes
    how his gesture of booking an air ticket for his father, his maiden  
    flight, brought forth a rush of emotions and made him (Venkatesh)
    realize that how much we all take for granted when it comes to our parents.

     
    My parents left for our native place on Thursday and we
    went to the airport to see them off. In fact, my father had never
    traveled by air before, so I just took this opportunity to make him
    experience the same. In spite of being asked to book tickets by train,

     



    I got them tickets on Jet Airways. The moment I handed over the tickets



    to him, he was surprised to see that I had booked them by air. The

    excitement was very apparent on his face, waiting for the time of

    travel. Just like a school boy, he was preparing himself on that day and

    we all went to the airport, right from using the trolley for his

    luggage, the baggage check-in and asking for a window seat and waiting

    restlessly for the security check-in to happen. He was thoroughly

    enjoying himself and I, too, was overcome with joy watching him

    experience all these things.







    As they were about to go in for the security check-in,

    he walked up to me with tears in his eyes and thanked me. He became very

    emotional and it was not as if I had done something great but the fact

    that this meant a great deal to him.







    When he said thanks, I told him there was no need to

    thank me. But later, thinking about the entire incident, I looked back

    at my life. As a child, how many dreams our parents have made come true.



     





    Without understanding the financial situation, we ask for cricket bats,

    dresses, toys, outings, etc. Irrespective of their affordability, they

    have catered to all our needs. Did we ever think about the sacrifices



    they had to make to accommodate many of our wishes? Did we ever say

    thanks for all that they have done for us? Same way, today when it comes

    to our children, we always think that we should put them in a good

    school. Regardless of the amount of donation, we will ensure that we

    will have to give the child the best, theme parks, toys, etc. But we

    tend to forget that our parents have sacrificed a lot for our sake to

    see us happy, so it is our responsibility to ensure that their dreams

    are realized and what they failed to see when they were young. It is our

    responsibility to ensure that they experience all those and their life is complete.







    Many times, when my parents had asked me some questions,

    I have actually answered back without patience. When my daughter asks me

    something, I have been very polite in answering. Now I realize how they

    would have felt at those moments.







    Let us realize that old age is a second childhood and

    just as we take care of our children, the same attention and same care

    needs to be given to our parents and elders. Rather than my dad saying



    thank you to me, I would want to say sorry for making him wait so long

    for this small dream. I do realize how much he has sacrificed for my

    sake and I will do my best to give the best possible attention to all their wishes.







    Just because they are old does not mean that they will

    have to give up everything and keep sacrificing for their grandchildren

    also. They have wishes, too.







    Take care of your parents. THEY ARE PRECIOUS.
